This research seeks to map the networks of combat of violence against women, children and adolescents in three Brazilian cities: Campinas (SP), Vitória (ES) and Salvador (BA). We identified the assistance flows for the various services that make up these networks, their actions and practices, and the main difficulties in the daily lives of victims of violence. To contextualize the data and design an overview of violence reporting, we conducted a quantitative analysis of the Information System for Notifiable Diseases (SINAN), of the Health Ministry, using the number of children, adolescents and women victims of violence in the period from 2009 to 2012, in the three cities studied. We also attempted to identify innovative experiences developed in the subnational context that strengthen networks of violence combat against these populations and that may inspire other municipalities in the development of similar actions. We opted for methodological triangulation, namely the use of quantitative and qualitative methods in order to broaden the discussion presented. The three cities were visited, which allowed the realization of interviews and observations, recorded in the field diaries of researchers and analyzed later. The analyzes indicate that there is a worrisome rates of violence in the cities studied, and that some services in the networks are still fragile. In addition, there are difficulties in the three cities organizing the services in a way to ensure articulated network flows and actions.
